As experienced barbecue and spit roast caterers our menus are carefully designed to ensure that each and every dish will taste delicious whatever the number of guests, and whatever the facilities we have to work from.

With our fine selection of marinated meats, fish and vegetarian options our chefs will create a mouth watering display, cooked to absolute perfection.

You could always begin with some canapés to start, right from the BBQ, to be served with chilled Pimms and lemonade... This is fine-dining al fresco!

Spit roasts are a real focal point of an event when it’s cooking, giving any function that all important wow factor! A whole pig generally takes between five to six hours to roast. Slowly cooked, the result is tender, succulent meat and real crispy crackling oozing with taste!

As an alternative to pork, how about a whole English lamb? Lamb generally takes about 4 hours to cook and is great for smaller parties although if required, we are able to provide more than one roast for larger events.

When the buffet is ready, our chef will carve the meat whilst on the spit ensuring that it is served at its very best. Whether it’s pork or lamb (or even both), our roasts are served with traditional accompaniments and a perfectly balanced selection of salads and breads.
